Assign work

What a new task supports
Assign to a person
One named officer owns it and answers for it.
Assign to several people
One task, more than one owner. Everyone on it sees every note.
Assign to a shift
Whoever is working that shift picks it up.
Priority
Low, Medium, High, or Urgent, the way Planner does it.
Repeats
Every Monday, every other Tuesday, or the 1st of the month.
Requires verification
The assigner has to sign off before it closes.
Attach a photo
Proof of the work, attached to the task record.
Escalate when overdue
Posts to the Brief automatically once the due date passes.

Why verify exists

Planner has one state, done. Someone ticks a box and the task disappears, whether or not the work actually happened.

RollCall splits it. The assignee marks it Done. The person who assigned it marks it Verified. Both moments post to the Brief.

That gap is where projects have been dying at shift change.
