What it deliberately does not do
RollCall does not touch incident reporting, patient care records, NERIS, NEMSIS, or dispatch data.
That line is deliberate. Crossing it pulls in HIPAA, CJIS, and federal certification, which changes what this costs your department to run and what it costs you to adopt. Your records system already does that job well. RollCall does the rest, and it sits above your RMS rather than replacing it.
